patriotic card for swap


SO I had to make extra cards because of some drop outs in my swap. It was okay I finished them. This is one I used Happy Girl from TAC and made her a patriot. Flocked the poms and by the way I have used 2 kinds of flock and prefer the one you can buy from TAC better. It is smoother, nice even coverage.
